Weekend Art Teacher & Events Facilitator
Bunny Ears Art House – Lincoln Square, Chicago

Bunny Ears Art House is a play-based art studio for kids where creativity and community come together. We’re looking for an engaging, fun, and reliable Art Teacher & Events Facilitator to join our team on weekends.

Schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday availability required)

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome families and ensure a warm, inclusive, and comfortable environment.

  • Facilitate open play sessions and guide children through age-appropriate art activities.

  • Set up and prepare art stations, materials, and supplies.

  • Support and lead events such as birthday parties, workshops, and special programs.

  • Maintain a tidy, safe, and organized studio environment (including setup and cleanup).

  • Use our POS system to assist families with check-ins, purchases, and bookings.

  • Manage time effectively to keep activities and events running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Enthusiastic, engaging, and great with kids.

  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.

  • Comfortable using a POS system and handling basic transactions.

  • A team player who also takes initiative.

  • Happy to jump in with setup, cleaning, and tidying as part of creating a welcoming space.

Bonus if you:

  • Have experience in teaching, childcare, or arts education.

  • Bring creativity and new ideas for fun, kid-friendly art activities.

Weekend Studio Assistant
Bunny Ears Art House – Lincoln Square, Chicago

Bunny Ears Art House is a play-based art studio for kids, and we’re looking for a responsible and energetic Weekend Assistant to help support our teachers and families during busy weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with kids, being part of a creative space, and isn’t afraid to pitch in where needed.

Schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday availability required)
Age Requirement: Must be 16+

Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in setting up and running art activities and open play.

  • Welcome families and help them feel comfortable in the studio.

  • Keep the space tidy and organized (setup, cleanup, and general upkeep).

  • Restock supplies and help prepare materials for activities.

  • Support with events such as birthday parties and workshops.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, reliable, and enjoys working with children.

  • Able to follow directions and work well as part of a team.

  • Responsible and punctual.

  • Comfortable helping with cleaning and organizing.

This role is perfect for a high school or college student looking for weekend work in a creative, fun, and family-friendly environment.

Starting Pay Range : $16.60-18.00/hour depending on experience
